Chocolate Chai


A gorgeous, rich mix of exotic spices, covered with rich ground chocolate.

To make, take a generous tablespoon ( or two) of the hand blended chai, add to a milk of choice and heat gently on the stove top for about five minutes. Then, turn off the heat and allow to cool slightly, stirring every now and then to help the spices infuse their delicious aromas and beneficial compounds into the milk.

Strain, add honey, agave syrup or sugar if you want a little more sweetness and serve with a star anise pod or a chunk of cinnamon.

We have also served this with a very naughty dollop of whipped cream and grated stem ginger.oohhh so yummy!

Ingredients: Ceylon cinnamon, ginger, star anise, cardamom and grated chocolate [made from dark Belgian chocolate min 50%, cocoa mass, fat reduced cocoa powder ( may contain milk )]
