Lions Mane Mushroom Powder

Lions Mane belongs to a group of functional mushrooms that have become increasingly popular due to its benefits and taste.

The most common Lions Mane species is Hericium erinaceus and it bears an appearance to that of the mane of a lion, or thick hair. It is found in many countries including North America, Europe and Asia and is eaten in several ways, from powder form, to sliced and cooked in a soup or fried.

We have the Lions Mane both in our Seven Mushroom Blend or on its own so you can add it to your cooking, soups, broths, stews, smoothies and drinks such as Matcha and our delicious ‘Dirty Looks’.

The first benefit is as a Nootropic which means it aids memory, cognition and focus and can be taken as a tea before meditation. It has been documented that it may support healthy neuron production and supports mood and stress.

By taking Lions Mane before sleep, it may help with the REM phase of sleep, or take it first thing in the morning with your AM pick me up to aid brain alertness.

It may also help with:

oHeart health

oInflammation

oDigestive health

oBlood sugar
