Oh gosh, Autumn is here after a wonderfully long summer and the elderberries are out.
I love the change in seasons and take
advantage of the cooler days, to wander through t
he hedgerows picking berries ready for a spot of jam making or in this case, a warming drink to help boost the immune system.
All you need is a decent saucepan and lid, an hour to allow the warmed spices to infuse and then some well-deserved down time to savor the goodness.
